I like to explore the abstract elements in a painting: concept, time, space and emotion. These are the artist’s interpretative input that makes a painting unique. As an artist, it is a never-ending search for such interpretation. I am intrigued by perception: what one sees and what one imagines. This fine line is linked with the psychological make-up of the human mind. Consequently my paintings tread a fine line between thoughts, dreams and reality.
