I was basically a self taught artist until I started taking oil painting classes at the Campbell Community Center in 2013, under the direction of Kim Navarre. Landscapes and seascapes are my specialty. I also enjoy painting birds and working in mixed media. I am learning how to paint flowers.
My work has been displayed at the Rose Shenson Gallery at the Triton Museum, the Down Gallery of Art, the Trianon Theater, and the office of Dr. Michael Lambert.
My inspiration comes from the beauty of God’s creation. I try to capture a portion of this beauty that someone else would also enjoy the scene, as I have.
